  • 会员9642：服务不是一般差，我早上5点40分退房，前台一男的在睡觉，喊起来说退房，让帮开票，来一句7点以后才能开，住这么多酒店第一次碰到还分时间段开票的。好这我忍了，然后像模像样的让我留下地址，拍了我的开票信息，联系方式说等可以开了，就交代下一个接班的帮我开发票，并完成我预授权的扣款，邮寄发票了并会给我电话，结果我等到下午打电话过去，前台居然什么都不知道，搞了半天上午值班的前台小哥把这事给忘了吧，还问我运费谁出，我也是服了，而且预授权也没给我处理，酒店不是服务行业吗，这如何立足😡😡😡😡
  • 会员5501：只要来武汉就一定会选择瑞颐,已经习惯性住这里了，就连前台的小姐姐都已经相处的像家人了，这种感觉很难得，吃饭没？要下雨了记得带伞。等等关心让我一个游子备受感动，所以这也是我为何坚持每次都要评价的原因。再者，酒店早餐很丰富，相比较隔壁的酒店我觉得这是很优胜的地方。房间空间比较大，过道很气派。中午待在房间里，直接让酒店餐厅送餐送到房间。长住的时间里，自助洗衣房也给我省心了不少，对于生活动手能力差的我，这里给了我太多便利和热情回馈。所有每次来武汉铁定选择瑞颐，也真心推荐给大家哦~
